After a night of colonial terror, Thomas Jefferson and Cecelia Blackhard face a frightening new reality. And unbeknownst to them, the fiendish events of that terrible evening will have repercussions well beyond the 18th century, as a present-day radio announcer unwittingly unleashes a string of events that will soon spread dread and horror throughout the city of Williamsburg.
